Answer: Store maintenance includes all the activities involved in managing a store’s facilities, such as management of exterior and interior physical facilities. The exterior facilities include the parking arrangements, the entrances to the store, and signs and windows outside the store. Interior facilities include the arrangements for windows, walls, flooring, ceiling, climate control, energy use, fixtures and shelves, displays, and signs and sidewalks.
