Within many health care systems worldwide, increased attention is being focused on human resources management (HRM). Specifically, human resources are one of three principle health system inputs, with the other two major inputs being physical capital and consumables . Human resources, when pertaining to health care, can be defined as the different kinds of clinical and non-clinical staff responsible for public and individual health intervention

Answer : Cause of grievance :
In a workplace, the managers must sometimes take actions against their workers. They may do so because the worker has been doing bad work or because the worker has been breaking rules (such as coming to work late). It is often the case that workers who are disciplined in this way feel that they are being unfairly targeted. They often feel that the manager has something personal (as opposed to work-related) against them that has led to the discipline. This feeling often leads to the filing of grievances.

Transactional analysis was developed by Eric Berne and is a widely recognized form of modern psychology. Both client and therapist engage in a contract that outlines the desired outcome the client strives to achieve through therapy. They then rely on their adult beings to identify and examine various thoughts, behaviors and emotions that hinder the client’s ability to thrive. The atmosphere that supports transactional analysis is one of comfort, security and respect.

This phase involves the acquiring and review of relevant HR manuals, handbooks, forms, reports and other information. A pre-audit information request is forwarded to the client who compiles the necessary information for review by our auditor.

The term collective bargaining refers to a good-faith business mechanism people use to reach an agreement. Through basic negotiation and other techniques, the people involved find solutions to work-related issues such as vacation time, pay, work hazards, training and work hours that ultimately benefit everyone. People call these processes “collective” because the opinion and well-being of the whole group, or collective, is involved.
