Question. 1. In order to strengthen a certain type of behaviour in an individual reinforcement ispracticed. This is explained well in reinforcement theory. Explain the four elements ofReinforcement theory. (10 marks)
Answer:Reinforcement theory of motivation enhances the efficiency level of the business and it also clearly boosts the strength of various behavioural aspects so it has numerous advantages of it.
Reinforcement theory of motivation was planned by BF Skinner and his partners. It expresses that individual’s behavior is an element of its results. It depends on “law of impact”, i.e., individual’s behavior with positive outcomes has a tendency to be rehashed, however individual’s behavior with negative results tends not to be rehashed.
