1. Provide details for each stages of the “Generic Project Life Cycle Model” for a hypothetical project of conducting Annual Day in your university. A generic project life cycle model is a project with a sequence of stages; the management determines the number of sequences of the cycle and various factors like the organization’s needs in the project, the nature of the project. The project lifestyle model is described as per the aspects and needs of the project. The project phase has been started with the start, end and control points according to the time. Project life cycle modals are of five different types: incremental, iterative, linear, extreme and adaptive. Every project has its start and endpoint, and control point.
2. Government is undertaking a major renovation in railway infrastructure. There are four possible options (Project-01 to Project-04). Based on your instructions, following data about the feasibility of the projects were collected. Data is in two parts.
