ANSWER: Yes, an organization’s values are clearly defined.
Organizational values: Organizational values are the bedrock of an organization. They are the foundation on which the organization is built. They describe the individual and corporate behaviours that will get the organization from where it is now, to achieving the mission and living the vision. Values are the driving forces that will lead your organization to success.

It comprises measuring the actual performance outcomes or results of an organization against its intended goals. This requires a top-down approach to setting performance criteria rather than a bottom-up
ii) What triple bottom line reporting does your organization conduct?
Answer: Triple bottom line reporting: Triple bottom line (TBL), in economics, believes that companies should commit to focusing as much on social and environmental concerns as they do on profits. TBL theory posits that instead of one bottom line, there should be three: profit, people, and the planet. A TBL seeks to gauge a corporation’s level of commitment to corporate social responsibility and its impact on the environment over time.

Question. 5. Think of the last time you had to make a decision in the workplace. Was the decision effective? In your opinion, what makes a decision effective?
Answer: The decisions need to be taken carefully. They impact you and your organization a lot. So, I always try to take decision properly.
Effective decision: When decision making, there are many steps that can be taken; but when making good decisions there are really only five steps that need to be considered. These steps are as follows:
- Identify Your Goal: One of the most effective decision-making strategies is to keep an eye on your goal. This simply means identifying the purpose of your decision by asking yourself what exactly is the problem that needs to be solved? And why does this problem need to be solved?

Answer: The question of whether ethics can be taught has been well researched by many scholars and psychologists. The consensus seems to be that yes, it can be taught, though how to teach ethics is a more complicated matter. On the one hand, ethics are an extension of a person’s conscience and moral behavior and, therefore, are learned through personal experiences and influences. However, research by foremost psychologist Lawrence Kohlberg found that ethics can be taught simply through instruction. So how can business leaders go about teaching ethics to employees? What is a leader’s role within an organization when it comes to ensuring employees are behaving in an ethical manner?

Answer: Corporate Social Responsibility: Corporate Social Responsibility means that a company takes steps to ensure there are positive social and environmental effects associated with the way the business operates.
Examples:
The Coca-Cola Company’s CSR program known as 5×20 has the goal of employing five million women in developing countries by 2020 in both bottling and distribution roles. This goal will not only benefit the women in the communities surrounding Coca-Cola manufacturing plants but could also benefit the communities as a whole, as the company aims to provide better access to health care and improved education to their employees.
